Risk intelligence
Institutional, geopolitical, regulatory, payment, logistics and stakeholder exposure.
We translate political economy, regulation and sector change into decisions that companies, investors and institutions can execute across the European Union, non-EU Europe, MENA and the Caucasus.

Dr Durukan holds a PhD in Political Science from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, defended on 13 May 2026. Before founding Luvian Global, he worked with the OECD Environment Directorate and the TÜSİAD EU & BusinessEurope representation in Brussels.
His work connects investment governance, industrial transition, geopolitical and regulatory risk, and commercial strategy. As a Research Fellow at the Carboun Institute, he contributes to decarbonisation pathways and industrial-policy work across the MENA region.
Luvian Global combines source-led research, comparable data and senior analyst judgment. We frame every mandate around a concrete decision: which market to prioritise, how to structure an entry, whom to engage, what could block execution and what evidence is still missing.
Our hybrid model avoids both false precision and generic narrative. Quantitative indicators reveal patterns; sector knowledge and stakeholder context turn those patterns into action.
Institutional, geopolitical, regulatory, payment, logistics and stakeholder exposure.
Steel and iron, cement, agriculture, defence and security, energy and infrastructure.
Market prioritisation, buyer and partner mapping, route-to-market and business diplomacy.
